This 36 story mixed use tower was completed in 1998. The podium of the building was devoted to commercial tenants and the first phase of the Phillips Club Hotel. The remaining tower was condominium residential. In addition to being part of the team designing the core and skin of this tower, I concentrated on designing the main public spaces, including the elevator interiors, interior corridors and the main entrance lobby.
