79 Clendon Road

79 Clendon Road is a 16,000 sq. ft, 1,500 sq meter Residential development in the Melbourne neighborhood of Toorak, among the most sought-after parts of the city. We have again partnered with the developer’s PBA & Co and Jack Merlo Landscape Architecture on the project. This new building, currently in Design stage, will house 5 luxury residences. Here we looked at the established, historical architecture of Toorak as guide and the uniquely Australian interpretation of Recency Architecture as inspiration. The front facade is intended to fit comfortably into the surrounding context of single-family residences. It's restrained mixture of white plaster and natural limestone detailing, along with curved central bay window and recessed Penthouse floor allow for a quiet & dignified presence on the street.
