Cheval Club

As part of the Cheval Court residential project, we were invited to design a Club, that would act as both amenities for the residents as well as a sought-after destination for the City. The program asked for a dining & drinking club that evoked a speak-easy form the 1930’s. It also required a Gym, Cigar Lounge, Wellness Salon, yoga studio, various social & gathering spaces. Finally, a beautiful room, dating back to the reign of Czarina Elizabeth, is to be restored and made available to the Club patrons for social uses. Taken together, this Club will prove to be one of the most luxurious destinations in the City.
