Plaxton Residence

This 960 sq. meter, 10,360 sq. foot, residence was designed in 2021 and is currently under construction. We were influenced by the French Arte Moderne style of architecture of the 1930’s for this project. How this manifested itself is in the subdued material palate and the restrained classicism that is the hallmark of this style. Further, the attitude of Art Deco, which Arte Moderne is the French expression, is found in elongated forms and the architectural & interior detailing. The home features a grand Entry Hall, an expansive suite of Public rooms, indoor pool & Spa, 3 bedrooms suites, 2 car garage & Staff quarters. Completion is expected during 2023.
