Raevo, Moscow Region, Russia

Completion Date: LATE 2017 – 37,000 sq. ft.

We completed the Raevo Golf Club House Exteriors in 2018, while the Interiors are expected to be completed in 2020. The Club House sits in a pristine setting, among the pine forests west of Moscow and within the Jack Nicholas designed golf course. The program for the Club House called for a 4500 sq. meters (48,500 sq. feet) building, spread over 3 floors. The grand Entry hall leads from the drive & Porte Cochere into the main public rooms. These consist of Bar with terrace overlooking lakes & the course, a large Dining Room, Wood paneled Lounge, Private Dining Room & Cigar Lounge. On the lower level are the Men’s & Women’s Lockers, Pool & Spa, Pro Shop and various support facilities

Greenpoint, NY

Completed 2006 – 4000 sq. ft.

Built as a second phase to the commercial project at 100 South Street, Greenport, NY. The wine bar and restaurant occupies a prominent corner in the development. A strong exterior/interior relationship was established using the extensive wrap-around porch, large windows & shaded patio. In an echo to the former general Store that had once occupied this site, the interior of the restaurant mixes 19th Century commercial motifs with modern finishes & materials.

New York City

I was responsible for the design and layout of the lobby & guest rooms of this New York City branch of the Phillips Club Hotel. The concept of the hotel was to accommodate both over night as well as extended stay guests. As a result the program allowed for a more residential feel and functionality than a typical hotel. The look and feel of the hotel is sleek & stylish with a highly Miesian vocabulary. The materials palate of the lobby was narrowed to honed limestone with contrasting polished black granite & backlit onyx panels. The motivation inspiration was desire for light.

San Fransisco, CA

175,000 sq. ft.

Occupying a prominent site in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood, the Yurba Buena Center was meant to act as the anchor for redevelopment of the area.

This 175,000 sq. ft. mixed use entertainment complex holds a 12 screen movie theater, interactive games center, restaurants & boutiques. It has proven to be enormously successful and has fulfilled it’s mission of bringing increased interest to the area.

Greenport, NY

Completed: 2015 – 3000 sq. ft.

Completed in 2015, Yennicott House is a 3000 sq. foot private residence in the village of Greenport, on Long Island’s North Fork. The project was to take a formerly 2 family rooming house and convert it to single family use. Great care was taken to restore much of house’s lost character that had been stripped away by careless landlords. Extensive use was made of salvaged & found architectural elements, including a spectacular mantel for the Living Room and decorative Encaustic cement floor tiles from Viet Nam. In the end, the blend of old & new provided for a casual & comfortable environment for the busy clients.

Moscow, Russia

Completion Date: Mid-2016 – 40,000 sq. ft. Total

Noble Row, completed in 2016, is a 39,000 sf, 3650 SM luxury Residential townhouse development in Moscow. Each of the 6 Townhouses was designed to be unique, with it’s own Interior Architectural language, materials, color palette and Interior Design. We partnered with Russian Developers, APD on the project and Ralph Lauren Home on the furnishings throughout.
